We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or Atlanta, GA.

Overview:
MRI Software is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team specializing in MRI Contract Intelligence (MCI). As an experienced sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition and expanding relationships with existing clients. With a strong foundation in AI SaaS and Services sales, your focus will be on managing the full sales cycle, delivering tailored solutions, and contributing to the growth of AI-driven innovations in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities by leveraging your experience and network. Employ strategic approaches to introduce MRI Contract Intelligence to potential clients.Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.Client Engagement: Conduct detailed product demonstrations, communicate ROI, and tailor solutions to address client-specific needs.Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to team targets.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position MRI solutions as industry-leading offerings.CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales or equivalent, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.Skills:Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on solution-driven results.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with AI or PropTech solutions is a plus.Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
