Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking an experienced Account Executive. This position’s sole charter is relentless growth through whatever means necessary – organic/new account acquisition, expansion with existing accounts you close, onboard and continue to support; channel partner ship or otherwise.

Responsibilities Include:

Accountable for attainment and growth of revenue – with a focus on exponential and incremental growth, respectivelyDevelop a Market Plan to create new opportunities and build the opportunity pipelineDevelop a Client Strategy collaboratively with Account ManagerEffective utilization of all resources, including but not limited to business development/marketing/general managers to build and deploy client strategiesClose capable in both expansion/acquisition dealsResponsible for understanding and being able to demo customer facing technology effectivelyEffective utilization and updates of SalesforceContinuous learningTeam collaborator/contributorDevelop Account Plans by client to deepen relationships & expand into other solutionsEffectively navigate inside of Taylor’s Business Unit structure

You Must Have:    

A minimum of a bachelors’ degree or its equivalent with more than 3 years of experience in Sales or in related area or sales aptitudeA minimum of 3 years selling of selling various Taylor vertical solutions within enterprise and mid-market retail brandsBe a self-starter, able to operate within an organization independentlyRelentless attitudes towards growth – strong desire to champion double digit growthEffective in building strategic relationships internally/externallyEntrepreneur attitude with relentless pursuit of new businessEffective client/market planning and consultative selling skillsAbility to create interest, open doors through multiple business development strategiesDevelop strategic relationships with clients and partnersAbility to understand client challenges/objectives and align capabilities to deliver a high value propositionMake presentations, perform negotiations and close businessEffective understanding of our Sales ProcessGeneral knowledge and use of SalesforceKnowledge of business in various vertical markets and your geographical location

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 plus commission. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
