Account Executive - Advertising Agency

What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing presentations, and managing client documents Be the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication with the Account Manager Coordinate communications between remote teams and external suppliers, ensuring clarity timelines Manage production-related activities: briefing meetings, progress tracking, and ensuring work aligns with the brief Keep projects on track by managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met Assist in shoot cost estimates, attend shoots, and ensure all requirements are met for a smooth execution Draft and maintain weekly status reports for clients, keeping them updated on the project’s progress Review client feedback and work with the team to ensure updates are delivered efficiently and on time Put together project costings and track expenses to support the Account Manager in managing client budgets What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field A strong interest in marketing, advertising, and client services A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools Own transport What’s in it for you?
