What the day will look like + Responsible to manage and grow a portfolio of entertainment clients. + Continuously provide advisory services by outlining insurance program options and providing guidance on the recommended structures specific to the client’s needs . + Consult with clients regarding entertainment market conditions and the entertainment companies. + Maintain and/or foster relationships with all the relevant entertainment insurers and regularly consult with clients regarding the status of the entertainment market + Management of the existing entertainment relationships on client entertainment programs. Including participation in, establishing and moderating meetings, when necessary. + Work with client service team as client team lead in managing day-to-day account management of the entertainment business. + Deliver innovative solutions for clients by reviewing their needs and tailoring insurance program(s) accordingly + Drive growth by working collaboratively with internal sales producers, the Insurance Account Executives, and other entertainment team members to bring in new clients or prospects. This includes contributing to the sales process and responding to RFPs. + Preparing and presenting entertainment proposals and presentations. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Experience in the entertainment industry of at least 5+ years. + Relationship builder – internally and externally. • + Ability to travel. + Well-developed communication and presentation skills. + Attention to detail and technical proficiency is critical. Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position is $165,000 to $225,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
