The Account Executive identifies and closes sales opportunities for Crossings Healthcare. Completes market analysis, independently generates qualified opportunities, assists in sales presentations and closes out on new business. Upsells additional business into existing customers and assists with customer relationship management. Participates in product development as necessary and drives marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Include: Understands and presents Crossings products effectively. Coordinates territory planning and customer prospecting. Engages with new customers, getting the “foot in the door”. Manages new and existing relationships with key stakeholders across leadership level, clinical and I.T. leadership teams. Develops Sales Strategies for products when entering new market. Meets/exceeds pipeline generation and revenue targets. Manages short sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate. Manages customer relationships thru Social Media and like solutions. Develops and manages a growing sales quota. Provides oversight and management to custom implementations sold as necessary. Manages existing accounts. Owns newsletters and other marketing avenues for upselling to existing customers.Maintains Service Excellence principles. Prepares and promptly submits client status reports. Prepares studies into markets. Drives product direction with feature and functionality requests. Keeps management well informed of activities, needs, problems. Performs other tasks as required by management. Qualifications Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years of related experience required. Demonstrated knowledge from selling product and or services into Healthcare Markets Experience selling into larger health systems Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas Strategic account planning and execution skills Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision Excellent oral and written communication skills At a minimum, generalist knowledge of healthcare software and usage in hospitals Creativity, energy and the ability to work effectively within a growing team. Strong understanding of Clinical workflow, Physician relationships, hospital markets, and clinical software preferred. Experience working successfully in a rapidly changing environment preferred. Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel.
