CallMiner is currently seeking a Account Executive - Customer Value for our top-tier clients. Primary responsibilities will be expanding the footprint of existing CallMiner clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the enterprise software market with experience in Contact Center operations and/or Customer Experience Suite. The Account Executive - Customer Value will be responsible for working with assigned clients and serve as the strategic advisor and primary business contact for our client executives. This role requires building strong relationships with executives as well as working effectively at all levels of our customers' organization.
Responsibilities Responsible for the retention and expansion of existing Client business by developing a Strategic Account Plan and supporting opportunities with key stakeholders within CallMiner's largest clients. Plan, prepare and deliver executive business review within the Client while demonstrating CallMiner's value on a consistent basis, i.e.; monthly, quarterly Link our solution to the customer's strategic goals. Develop a detailed understanding of the prospect's corporate strategy objectives and demonstrate how our solution will enable their achievement with quantifiable business value and ROI Drive an enterprise level team-oriented sales process utilizing all available internal resources at the appropriate time in the buyer's journey Articulate CallMiner's value proposition, positioning our solution as a long-term supplier and business partner to advance the mission of the client Develop and execute strategic account plans that clearly delineate business goals and growth strategies for CallMiner's clients Coordinate and orchestrate the strategic collaboration between the prospect and CallMiner senior executives by coordinating and facilitating those interactions Maintain comprehensive Sales Plans and updates in our CRM to facilitate team selling and downstream customer onboarding, success and customer growth initiatives Develop and maintain detailed working knowledge of CallMiner's clients including; key business drivers, key business stakeholder's business models and the competitive landscape Understand the customer's decision-making processes and constraints time, budget, relationships, etc. Work collaboratively with internal customer success, product, engineering, and onboarding teams to improve processes and ensure clients understand our value proposition and how they can succeed with CallMiner
