Account Executive (Engagement Platforms)

Why is this role important at Infobip?

As an Account Executive on our Engagement Platforms Squad, you'll directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping new B2B2C clients grow their business. You’ll be responsible for developing new business by targeting Platforms/ISV companies who sell business solutions to their customers. You’ll identify Tier-1 target companies/industry verticals and proactively sell our communication capabilities to these Platform companies that will bring additional value to their existing solution.

You’ll know you’re doing a good job when you:

Understand your client’s business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business and can build on your pre-existing relationships.

Identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products.

Have an excellent overview of the business and are up to date with our competition and the latest industry trends. 

Utilize Salesforce to hunt/prospect, manage sales forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and sales close plan.

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the Platform customer segment to grow your pipeline as well as identify potential blockers – successfully transforming them into initiatives.

Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to develop service/solution proposals.

Hunt and acquire new accounts then coordinate transitioning those accounts to the Customer Growth Executives who will focus on growing them further through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Demonstrate consistent achievement (if not over-achieve) of your quarterly/annual targets (# of converted target leads into opportunities, retention, revenue, gross profit, etc.)

Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships as a team member, mentor others, and have a positive impact on the overall team culture.

QualificationsMinimum of 4-6 years of sales experience with managing a full sales cycle and held a consistent, successful sales track record.

Experience selling Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) is a must.

Experience selling into ISVs is required.

Reasonable understanding of APIs and/or technical background in your field of expertise.

Established meaningful relationships in the B2B2C market.

Prior experience selling to e-Commerce, MarTech, FinTech or the Healthcare industry is a plus.

Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts, and interact with C-level players.

Experience negotiating/closing skills with prospects as well as customers.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Salary Range – An annual salary base of $100,000-135,000 USD (the selected candidate’s salary will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, experience, education, skillset, and internal equity). This position also has the opportunity for unlimited earning potential with bonus eligibility.
