Account Executive for FSI
**Account Executive - Finance Industry** **Location:** Japan **What You'll Do:** + Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand Teradata's Finance and Banking Industry market presence. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the finance sector. + Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet client requirements. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of Teradata's solutions. + Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. + Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. + Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals. **Who You'll Work With:** + Work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to align sales strategies with business objectives. + Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop targeted campaigns and generate leads. + Partner with the Solutions Engineering Team to design and present customized solutions. + Engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. + Coordinate with the Customer Support Team to address client issues and ensure a high level of service. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. + Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the finance industry. + Strong understanding of the finance sector and its unique challenges. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. + Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. + Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. + Fluent in Japanese and English. **What You'll Bring:** + Passion for sales and a deep understanding of the finance industry. + Ability to identify client needs and provide innovative solutions. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. \#LI-AB4 Why We Think You’ll Love Teradata We prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
