In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Sales - High Velocity & Pre-Sales and you will be a highly independent contributor, responsible for all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships. Unlike some of the other sales teams where there may be specialized roles like Business Development Representatives (BDRs) for lead generation or Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for post-sales support, as an HV Account Executive, you will handle these responsibilities autonomously. This role demands a self-motivated, organized individual with a proactive mindset, capable of driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and fostering strong customer relationships within the SMB (<100 employees) market segment.

We encourage you to apply and complete all application questions.  ResponsibilitiesEffectively qualify and nurture inbound leads to drive net new revenue and identify, propose, and close new opportunitiesManage an existing manager account base, and identify growth opportunitiesSupport customers through the entire sales processEnsure prospects have up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, roadmap, and any other updatesDevelop and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external teamsDevelop and manage a reliable sales forecast and manage the existing pipeline in Salesforce to exceed quarterly and annual goalsProactively manage daily responsibilities to develop one’s territory such as discovery meetings, sales presentations, demos, and proposalsClose new business consistently at or above quota levelCommunicate and circulate best practices to help continue to elevate the foundation of the team
