Account Executive II Aon is looking for an Account Executive II for its office in Toronto. This a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Toronto office Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. What the day will look like Deliver business results with excellence – Business Leadership – 30% Participate in client and Aon initiatives including deliverables to contribute to Aon's financial success. Retention 94%, Roll-Over 97%, and revenue growth of 7%. Support control on discretionary expenses. Support expansion of existing client/prospect relationships across solution lines leading to new revenue growth. Deliver distinct client value – Client Leadership – 40% Manage dedicated book of business which will evolve over time Support the 120-Day renewal process. - Co-ordination of renewal strategy and proposal documents; Initiate internal meetings with brokers and other solution line colleagues; Creation/collection of loss runs. Create placement submissions (Placing Slip) in collaboration with the brokers and the Account Executive. Accounts receivables – Premium collection within 45 days of invoicing Participate in the collection of renewal information. Timely and accurate delivery of documentation – including invoices, binders, policies, auto cards, certificates. SR inquiry rates below 25% Respond within 24 hours to the needs of internal and external clients. Have up-to-date client and insurer meeting notes for all meetings. Compliance – Business Leadership – 20% Time tracking to be maintained >90% compliance for the year. Save documentation in FileNet as required. Achieve 80% audit results with the maintenance of accurate files using and adhering to standardized naming conventions. Follow Target Operating Model guidelines including the use of Polaris as a work tool. Maintain/Obtain all provincial licenses and keep them in good standing including appropriate continuing education requirements. Completion of Aon mandatory courses. Maintain attendance in an Aon office a minimum of 2-3 days per week. Consistently deliver high-quality end products and accurate, quality work and documents while efficiently using time and resources according to Aon standards. Build differentiated capability through innovation – Business Leadership – 10% Generate new ideas and disseminate innovative solutions to team members to improve the process, report or work to be completed. Suggest ways to improve collaboration and communication and promote professional and technical growth within the team. Be proactive in work assignments and delegation. Complete Aon United BluePrint Badges. Support all DE&I company objectives and participate in educational/information sessions.
