Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, drive sales, and build long-term customer trust. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to assess client needs, and proficiency in CRM tools and account management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
+ Build and maintain long-term trust with customers.
+ Assess client needs and provide suitable solutions to meet those needs.
+ Utilize CRM tools to manage account information and processes.
+ Analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
+ Manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
+ Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
+ 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
+ Proven skills in managing client accounts and driving sales.
+ Strong ability to assess client needs and provide suitable solutions.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Familiarity with CRM tools and account management processes.
+ Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in retail and hospitality industry.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
