As a key player in our sales team, the Territory Account Executive will champion our customer and organizational values while driving the overall company growth strategy. You will leverage your expertise of the designated Mid-Atlantic market (Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware, Eastern Pennsylvania and Maryland) to foster long-term, holistic relationships through your deep understanding of the market trends, innovative processes, and product knowledge. As a trusted advisor in your field, you have the opportunity to proactively present new product designs and trends, as well as innovative strategies to earn premium market share, ensuring mutual success for the company and your clients. In This Role\nDevelop and manage a robust customer base within the Mid-Atlantic territory\nStrategically grow accounts by prospecting for new customers in assigned region \nTravel regularly to maximize field time with customers and attend industry-related trade shows \nGuide clients through the full sales cycle to include customer onboarding, pricing strategy, order processing journey, shipping, and overall account management\nParticipate in industry markets, sales meetings, and educational events for career advancement opportunities\nDeliver exceptional customer service by promptly adressing all inbound correspondence (leads, emails, voicemails, etc.) \nEducate customers on company processes, business development and partnerships, market trends, and product knowledge \nPartner effectively with Sales Support team to enhance cross-functional cooperation\nUtilize data tools such as Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to analyze and track territory and customer performance, including revenue and gross margin \nImplement new procedures, technologies, and advancements as needed\nConsistently meet and exceed individual and company goals\nOffer feedback to customer needs regarding product selection and growth projections through regularly interactions\nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\n5+ years of sales experience; furniture or B2B experience highly preferred \nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required \nExperience in Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint required \nFamiliarity and understanding of the furniture industry or related field \nPossess excellent networking and negotiation skills, strength in problem-solving, and organization \nStrong understanding of customer growth strategies to both small and large-scale business customers \n
