Account Executive Office Coordinator
The Account Executive Office Coordinator position in Lewiston, Maine is looking for a highly organized self-starter to be responsible for working in person, providing timely and accurate information with respect to order placement, coordination of production dates and shipments, and reporting. Communicate regularly with customers, suppliers and vendors while also collaborating internally with logistics, operations and accounting to facilitate the company’s goals. You will have the responsibility to maintain the office and assist the President with his business needs. Duties could include making forms in Excel, assisting with entering contacts and any other requests the office may require.  You’ll have a solid understanding of managing all aspects of the sales process with customers and suppliers while providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally.  This person will also be the main point of contact for the annual vendor and customer holiday gifts, as well as for the housekeeping vendor.  Training will take place in Baltimore, with additional travel to Baltimore on occasion. This is a full-time long-term position.  

Account Executive Office Coordinator Qualifications:  Preferred:  Undergraduate degree in business administration and/or prior experience in business, customer service, sales and/or logistics. Strong mathematical and Excel skills Ability to multitask with great attention to detail Team Player with a positive personality is essential Highly proficient in Excel  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
Account Executive Office Coordinator Details:  Schedule: M-F flexible /8 hour day 40 hours week.  Pay Rate: $21-26/ hr DOE Start Date: ASAP
