Account Executive (Outbound) is responsible for the acquisition of new logo customers in the small business segments. The Account Executive will accomplish this through identifying prospects and cold calling/emailing and through strategically planned marketing campaigns. Essential Key ResponsibilitiesGrow the revenue stream by identifying new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting and appointment setting within select prospects via cold calling and emailing.Effectively balance new lead generation versus follow up efforts.Create a strong follow-up plan that will allow for greater efficiency and increased sales conversion rates.Be able to conduct a needs-based assessment and transition to the customer’s needs to the best product and solutions and lead pass when opportunity arises.Maximize each opportunity that is identified from assigned campaigns while meeting required daily Outbound metrics.Maintain consistent and accurate data in SFDC to support territory, account planning and forecasting.Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives.Have a strong and vast knowledge of all products that could be offered.Observe and adhere to all compliance policies, trainings, and procedures while interacting and selling to customers. (Product training, coaching, timecard, and self-assessment, etc.)Education and ExperienceAssociate's Degree - PreferredBachelor's Degree - PreferredYears of Experience - 1-3 yearsAdditional Skills and/or Certifications1-2+ years of sales experience required.Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment, while building strong relationships with TMs, leaders and business partnersUnderstanding of high impact coaching tactics and strong, demonstrated background in coaching others for successAn assertive, persistent, self-motivated professional who is a strong listener with a positive attitude and a limitless amount of energyPossess an aptitude for quickly grasping selling techniques and product knowledgeHas a proven track record of achieving/exceeding quota and ability to thrive in a high volume, high energy, fast-paced, sales-driven call center environmentExperience in selling an intangible product and/or inside sales experience is strongly preferredComputer knowledge with good communication, organizational and time management skillsStrong listening, written and verbal communication skills
