Job Description:
This position is responsible for the partnership with our stakeholders and supporting Acquisition & Alliance of our colleagues in international markets.
This is critical to achieve our contractual obligation and to satisfy our partner.
Also responsible for the partnership governance activities such as regular official meetings.
Principal Accountabilities but are not limited to the following list:
Fulfill the initiatives based on the partnership deal collaborating with such as Amex Local Market Representatives in International markets, Global Service Group, Finance and Technology teams.
1. Execute business analysis to improve the activity effectiveness and seek the business growth opportunities utilizing various data and Information etc.
2. Develop and executes the initiatives working with partners and AXP colleagues from other markets.
3. Monitor business performance on an ongoing basis to assess the current activities and address performance issues.
4. Support scheduled activities related to the Partnership deal, which includes Steering Committee Meeting, Joint Operating Committee meeting, Local Market Representative Meeting, and market Review.
5. Manage multiple work streams across multiple initiatives with internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
1. Strong relationship management skills to maintain mutual business growth partnership.
2. Self-learner and starter with the ability to think creatively and drive business growth initiatives.
3. High level communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders in both written and spoken in Japanese and English. Japanese – Native Level, English – Business Level.
4. Strong execution capability to achieve partnership objectives and further opportunities.
5. Proficiency in several tools such as Word, Excel, and Power Point, and ability to analyze data.
6. Solid knowledge of Card Business model from Acquirer, Network, Issuer and Operational perspective is preferable.
7. Interests in the overseas markets are welcome.
