Account Executive
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team to manage our sales operations. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging new and existing customers, managing company accounts, and handling customer inquiries.
We are a Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer (PCB)
Remote position, candidates located on the east coast are preferred
$150,000-$200,000 (first year on target earnings)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.Identify and contact potential customers to generate new business opportunities.Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.Negotiate and close deals.Accurately and timely monitor sales data and create reports.Identify and resolve customer complaints.Stay informed of relevant industry trends and customer needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing or related field.Prior experience in sales management and customer service.Knowledge of PCB, Sales, Ridged, FLEX and assembly, fabrication processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Proficiency in spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision
