Account Executive - PLC

The Account Executive will focus on developing the PLC/SCADA of Albireo Energy, with a strong emphasis on PLC/SCADA systems and automation solutions across the country. This role will collaborate with account managers, contracting teams, and technical resources to expand the owner-direct business, leveraging PLC expertise to identify service and contracting opportunities.

Utilize PLC/SCADA knowledge to integrate building systems for mission critical facilities, including HVAC, central plants, energy monitoring, lighting and other building systems to provide 24/7 uptime and energy efficiency through automation solutions. Build relationships with existing accounts and establish new connections at director and executive levels to develop projects centered on total cost of ownership, utilizing financial analysis methods such as Simple Payback, NPV, and IRR. Stay current with the PLC/SCADA-based building automation systems that Albireo Energy represents and present their value proposition to owners via lunch-and-learns, presentations, and demonstrations, either independently or with technical support. Collaborate with operations and service departments to create and sell analytics packages that include dashboards and value-based service agreements for customers. Identify opportunities for PLC/SCADA system enhancements, upgrades, and new projects, and sell service agreements to new clients. Continuously assess and address customer needs, applying PLC/SCADA knowledge to provide effective, customized solutions. Meet profitability goals by developing and executing strategic customer account plans that align with company objectives.
