Lendio’s Account Executives are responsible for accelerating growth of our Lending SaaS products. Lendio is revolutionizing the way lenders automate SMB lending through the use of digital applications, 3rd party data, bank data, and doc processing through the use of digitally-native AI-based SaaS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new leads, cultivating client relationships, building a cohesive value proposition, and driving opportunities to closure. Lendio is investing heavily in demand generation, product marketing and most importantly the platform itself in order to realize this exciting opportunity.
What you will own:
Establish and refine a list of target customer accounts based on Lendio’s value proposition and market positioning.
Create a sales plan to pursue target accounts
Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of the client/ prospect’s business objectives, constraints and stakeholders Build relationships with key personas within the client organizations including business, technology and risk/ compliance leaders
Actively manage and cultivate a pipeline of opportunities across all stages of the pipeline from opportunity creation/ origination to deal closure.
Drive opportunities to closure by finding win/wins in key areas such as client revenue opportunity, commercial negotiation, service levels/ support, implementation, and contract terms.
Maintain accurate opportunity status and sales forecasting data through the use of CRM systems.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in demand generation, product marketing, pre-sales and product management to establish clear value stories, market differentiators and targeted, lead generation

What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years’ experience in sales and/or account management
Experience using CRM technology for relationship management, pipeline tracking and reporting
Experience in working in Fintech / BankTech
Demonstrated product and industry knowledge.
Ability to work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Nice to have’s:
