Account Executive (Sales) **Kunkel & Associates, Inc.** 3 Positions ID: 33203 Posted On 05/15/2023 **Job Overview** **Position Summary** The Account Executive is responsible for developing new business and providing top-quality service to existing clients, including the analyzing of clients’ insurance programs and the tailoring of insurance policies that fit the clients’ needs. **Learning and developing the following Key Responsibilities for a period of 1-3 years** • Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients • Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, detailed information on the property to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage • Build and maintain relationships with clients to include providing high quality service/prompt responses • Develop relationships with underwriters to negotiate premiums, terms and conditions on behalf of client • Ensure timely premium collection from clients • Round out accounts by selling additional coverages that the clients need • Other duties as assigned **Skills/Qualifications** • BA or BS or applicable job experience • 1-3 years experience in sales or related field • Must hold a current resident P&C license within 30 days of being hired.
