Account Executive Sales
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Executive Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving revenue growth, building meaningful client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the sales department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a client-focused approach and a strong sales acumen. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. * Client Engagement: Establish and maintain productive relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs. * Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address client inquiries and propose tailored solutions. * Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations and close deals that align with company’s strategic goals. * Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to enhance the sales process and improve client satisfaction. * Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments and competitor activities. * Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges and opportunities to sales leadership. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience selling solutions in a B2B environment. * Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting Company. * Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company. * Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
