What the day will look like
+ Align with standard care procedures for assigned accounts.
+ Responsible for meeting the budget for additional new business from the existing portfolio (Up Selling and Cross Selling)
+ Establish relationships with clients by visiting them periodically to fulfill a work plan based on client priorities and needs. Manage meetings with clients to present the results of the work plan.
+ Lead and accompany the ABS (Aon Business Service) team in supervising local insurance companies and the different international Aon offices for the issuance of certificates, policies, guarantees, etc. required by clients.
+ Responsible for the renewal schedule of their clients.
+ Follow-up with AON international offices on the renewals of insurance programs.
+ Analyze, evaluate and develop insurance requests received from your clients.
+ Update a risk map to explore new opportunities based on client needs

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Advanced English
+ Experience having worked in an insurance company or brokers for at least 2 years.
+ Knowledge of property risks or general risks
