Account Executive (Strata Insurance Broker)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our HONAN team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic Strata insurance broking team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing insurance solutions, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and the requirements of the strata sector and provide tailored insurance solutions.

We will count on you to:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing expert advice.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure optimal coverage for clients.Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any issues that arise.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant insights.

What you need to have:

Tier 1 qualification.2+ years of insurance industry experience.Knowledge of Strata Insurance Products and Services is desired but not essential.Excellent communication and numerical skills with a proven track record of providing a high level of customer service.
