Sermo is looking for an Account Executive Support who can help the Account owner by helping them to create proposals that cover our client’s needs with the purpose of driving revenue to the company. To do so, Bid Coordinators assist in preparing incoming proposals from new and existing clients by setting up new bids, confirming internal feasibility and with partners, managing the relationship with partners, performing desk research, and looking into past projects to provide guidance to the clients, and evaluating pricing.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary business development administrator for the Salesforce environment including: Handle all basic administrative functions of account, contact and opportunity maintenance, setup and approval.Transfer record ownership due to changes in rep or territory coverage and keep client database current.Import and assign leads and contacts Assist commercial team by: Searching for prospective clients and qualifying potential new clients. Utilize business acumen to research companies.Assist with drafting RFP submissions, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other Enter and manage insertion orders within third-party and internal sales operations systems Establishes and maintains knowledge of products and service offerings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any economic administrative area, mathematics, or sciences. Experience/knowledge with qualitative and quantitative research methods (will be a plus)International experience (will be a plus)Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to learn new technologies
