Summary

The TLS Account Executive (AE) role consists of prospecting legal and corporate clients and driving sales through setting appointments, generating leads, and cold calling.  As a successful AE you will research and develop an understanding of the eDiscovery industry by building relationships with industry leaders, attending current events, and networking.  

Our sales professionals are solution explorers, working to identify prospective client solutions while maintaining positive relationships with existing clients—all while having fun!

Responsibilities:

·You will be responsible for cold calling prospective legal clients for relationship development

·You will own the full sales cycle for new and existing clients

·You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing sales and networking strategies to develop new business 

·You will work closely with production teams to ensure that all projects are handled appropriately   

About You

Your experience includes:

Bachelor Degree from 4-year university

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client services, recruitment or real estate

Superb verbal and written communications skills

Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills

Experience in or selling to law firms and legal clients or knowledge of the EDRM model
