What You’ll Do:
Working alongside the Travel Retail Director, you will play a key role in executing regional sales strategies as well as seeking new opportunities to expand distribution across the Americas region. You will develop strong relationships with accounts and key stakeholders to drive growth and consistency across all doors.
Develop effective strategic relationships with Travel Retail accounts and provide a high level of customer service through collaboration and continuous communicationImplement regional business development strategies and proactively seek new opportunities to support the expansion of Travel Retail distribution in the regionLead regular business meetings with Travel Retail accounts; and implement trade actions to support business performanceAnalyze and present detailed trade reports and set KPI targets to proactively drive business growth and maximize profitabilityCollaborate with Planning on OTB forecasting and deliver against targeted budgetsOversee all pre-, in- and post-market activities including but not limited to hindsight analyses; assortment build and order entry. Partner with Merchandising as well as global counterparts to maximize product opportunitiesLead seasonal market appointments and confidently present brand product strategies to accounts and key stakeholdersCollaborate with Customer Service, Logistics and Finance to proactively resolve any shipping and finance issues and ensure timely deliveries of ordersOversee and manage the order book as well as accounts’ stock levels; work closely with Planning on replenishment and trade actions to meet business demandConduct regular store visits and support accounts with brand and product knowledge trainingWork closely with Visual Merchandising to ensure that all visual directives and standards are executedCollaborate with global counterparts across Travel Retail regions to understand and drive best practices and operational excellenceRegularly analyze retail trends, competitors and product opportunities to inform regional strategiesDemonstrate alignment with company values and confidently act as a Brand AmbassadorYou’ll Need to Have:
A Bachelor’s Degree minimum or equivalent qualification in business; retail management, or a related fieldExtensive account management experience, with strong understanding of the Wholesale channelProven track record of developing and growing business within Wholesale (Travel Retail experience preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong commercial acumen, with ability to interpret sales data and act on insightsDynamic presentation skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skill, with ability to build strong cross departmental relationshipsFlexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities, and ability to work with tight deadlinesAbility to travelWe’d Love to See:
