Key Responsibilities
Develop account plans and long-term strategies to grow HP’s market share.Evangelize HP’s personal systems and solutions and hybrid work technologies, helping customers adapt to modern business needs.Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level Executives.Apply consultative-selling skills to uncover opportunities and deliver results that matter to your customers.Identify and drive new opportunities, managing a diverse and robust global sales pipeline.Collaborate across teams and accounts to enable customer success and make a positive impact.Drive global teams to maximize HPs success around the globe for the respective customersEducation & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of commercial account management experience with a proven ability to manage large, complex deals.Experience in driving global dealsExperience in driving innovative solutions within a related industry.Skills & Expertise:
Native-level Japanese and fluent English language skills are required.Strong ability to champion HP’s modern hybrid work and personal systems offerings.Excellent time management and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for customers.Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, particularly with senior executives and decision-makers.Proficiency in negotiating and presenting value-driven solutions in competitive situations.A collaborative mindset, eager to partner across global teams to drive shared success.#LI-Post
