Pay: $230,000 - $245,000

The Account Lead will be responsible for managing a central account team supporting a semiconductor client portfolio and managing all aspects of services and/or operations thru planning, organizing and directing activities of associates to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operations and providing the best customer experience possible. This includes human resources management, accounting, EH&S, energy management, performance quality, P&L, procurement, and client relations. Responsible for the overall operations of assigned locations for an entire client. The Account Lead is responsible for developing, planning, organizing and cost controlling procedures to ensure compliance with customer specific contract requirements for a single contract with multi-site locations and customers. The manager is responsible for multi-site performance of services to the customer(s); and ultimately retention of those customer(s) as a client(s). The Account Lead will drive continual improvements to the operation by creating an expectation of learning and development of their staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This position is responsible for the overall operation of our integrated facility management services to multiple laboratories, cleanrooms and office sites, including ensuring the safety and well-being of its employees, safeguarding company funds and property, and representing the company with respect to the client. This Account lead ensures that established company goals are realized while maintaining client relations that will enhance future business and has total responsibility for managing all aspects of the contract.
Oversee all aspects of the client’s critical physical infrastructure Ensure that all work performed within mission critical space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers. Management of the team that includes the directors and senior managers Plans and administers activities of the associates to ensure continuous operation and timely delivery of services. Establishes priorities, assigns work, and monitors performance, quality and timeliness. Assigns and reassigns work based on workload and daily priorities. Own a P&L budget aligned to MSA, KPIs, and SLAs keeping base costs and above base costs clearly defined Instills a high level of professionalism and directs the performance of contracted maintenance Manage the customer relationship and act as the single point-of-contact for all facility-related issues, including, but not limited to schedules, new business, projects, budgets and expansion and staffing. Ensures projects are completed to the satisfaction of the client, successfully managing budgets/financials, schedules, key performance indicators, and contractual requirements Ensure that ABM training expectations are met and audit the process monthly. Assesses and utilizes appropriate data in order to improve operations. Views everything with a process improvement mindset. Practices and promotes the customer skills as provided through on-going training and in-services, including customer retention and service recovery.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering is strongly preferred or equivalent 10+ years’ experience in mission critical operations environments, required. Minimum of 15 years of relevant and extensive facilities management experience in a service/customer-oriented environment, preferably in a laboratory research environment or campus setup at a managerial level. Experience within the semiconductor industry is preferred Experience in managing the majority of the following services: technical maintenance, utility plants, utility systems, project management, facility maintenance, fire life safety, event management, transportation, cleaning, pest control, grounds/landscaping, waste, EV charging, janitorial, carpentry, handyman services, workplace experience and MACs 5+ years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports Strong verbal and written communication skills to “C” level and below, including customers and vendors. Experience in articulating technical acumen and understanding as it relates to building operations and technical systems maintenance and operations. Experience directly managing large multifunctional facilities teams. Ability to build relationships and partnerships with different clients and service partners, delivering results that meet the needs and expectations of the clients. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to build and lead a motivated and committed team across functional boundaries, utilizing the talent and expertise of team members in a productive way. Experience in budgeting, expense control, and financial forecasting/analysis. Experience in negotiating with labor unions. Extensive knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Ability to write reports and business correspondence, and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and clients. Dedicated and passionate about delivering services at the highest level with a clear client-oriented focus. Experience generating cost savings through multiple continuous improvement activities 5+ years Electrical or Mechanical experience Experience in CMMS systems (i.e., Maximo) and Building Automation Systems Computer proficient with Microsoft Suite (e.g., Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
CPMM (Certified Plant Maintenance Manager), CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or other relevant certifications, a plus. Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP), a plus Current or former license as a tradesperson, a plus
