Overview Job Purpose The New York Stock Exchange (an Intercontinental Exchange company) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Market Data Administration business unit as an account management analyst. This role will be supporting the firm’s Market Data senior account managers to maintain customer relationships, follow up on customer inquiries, manage data orders, help resolve issues related to market data subscriptions. The candidate should have strong communications and analytical skills. Responsibilities Assist senior team members to maintain strong customers relationships. Address client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns regarding market data. Collaborating with senior team members to manage data subscription orders. Analyze account data to identify opportunities and risks. Be involved and learn about the market data industry. Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a field that demonstrates analytical disciplines. 2-3 years’ work experience in an account management related field. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and provide insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Effective in resolving client issues and challenges. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in reports and data management. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week. New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between 75,000 - 140,000 USD.  The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation.  While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
