Account Management (Banking Partnership)

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and farm strong relationships with key demand partners such as banks, networks and other financial institutions. Stay updated on industry trends w.r.t. travel, airport services, card benefits, management of these benefits and key players Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities  Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, and work with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support. Work closely with the product, tech, legal, finance and marketing teams to align on platform development and GTM strategies. Drive sales initiatives to  expand existing partnerships with set of accounts allocated. Candidate will manage end to end lifecycle of business with the account Candidates with strong farming and account mapping skills will be preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in enterprise account management preferably in the airport services, travel industry or banking partnerships. Proven track record of driving demand partnerships. Ability to run technical conversations to drive problem discovery and high-level solutioning Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual and financial aspects of the business Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
