Account Management Excellence Analyst - RemoteJob Description

The Account Management Excellence Analyst is responsible for providing initiative coordination, research and analysis, and support for account management. This position is responsible for supporting complex initiatives, guiding training development, creating communications and providing direction on process improvement. This position is also responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across Prime to deliver business solutions to support Prime’s account management strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on business process and performanceSupport, implement, and manage strategic and process improvement initiatives to achieve account management goalsRepresent client-facing account teams as a subject matter expert in the development of business requirements for process change and/or project managementOngoing support of best practices for SharePoint-based Client Portal and other tools, client-facing meetings, and quarterly engagement approachSupport evaluation, development and maintenance of rules of engagement, policies, procedures/processes and tools through an account management playbook to improve standard practicesAssist with client strategic planning processesTimely management of training and communication plans for all activitiesOther duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required2 years of related work experience in healthcare or insuranceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of best practice project methodologies in leveraging partnerships with business and technology project management officesExperienced at meeting facilitation, conflict management, and consensus buildingStrong verbal and written communication skills, including previous experience giving presentationsCapable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Pharmacy Benefit Plan (PBM) or healthcare industry experienceKnowledge of Enterprise intake, prioritization, and project execution processesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point with working knowledge of SharePoint

Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 - $106,000.00 based on experience and skills.
