YOUR JOB: 

Responsible for: managing a portfolio of Small/Medium Enterprise (SME) clients and responsible for overall client satisfaction, relationship and executing retention and growth targets. Develop strong relationships with clients and brokers by delivering exceptional service through anticipating their needs, challenges and providing sound solutions. Works closely with internal stakeholders and matrix partners to ensure overall delivery or service for their clients and accountable for meeting client and broker expectations.     

MAIN REPONSABILITIES:  

Responsible for meeting retention and growth goals for your respective portfolio of clients.Responsible for overall day-to-day servicing of client needs, and resolving issues, solving problems and delivering on commitments made to clients and brokers.Develop and maintain sound relationships through a consultative based approach with clients and brokers identify gaps, opportunities and problem resolution.Communicating new initiatives, enhancements, changes to processes and regulatory landscapesProactively engage in upsell conversations to drive growth across your portfolio and contribute to ANP goals.Ownership and accountability of all enquiries/escalations from your clients and brokersEngage in face-to-face meetings with client and brokerMaintain renewals and upsell activity within SF.com

Main Responsibilities

Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our book rated portfolio by executing annual renewal strategy.Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, by pro-actively engaging in regular communication by email or telephone.Take the lead in day-to-day enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve in agreed timelines.Gather and analyse claims data.Database Management, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.Facilitate the renewal process in conjunction with the Client Management team.Participate in client visits to the European Service Centre and occasionally attend Client Meetings.The candidate will be a French native speaker (Dutch language capabilities is a plus).

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED: 

Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Account Management or Sales preferredDemonstrates experience with influencing, negotiating, organizational and prioritization competencies required to effectively communicate and interact with all levels and functions within the organization, and with external partnersExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsStrong presentation skillsSound problem solving skillsWorks well under pressureAbility to travelSound written and verbal communication skillsExperience of collation of data and statistical analysisStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to take ownership and demonstrate initiativeCapable of prioritising workloads to meet tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail
