We are looking for a dynamic and analytical individual to support Account Management to drive Taiwan-based sellers’ business development in Amazon marketplaces. The Account Management Intern will work with the Existing Seller Management (ESM) team to identify growth opportunities, monitor business performance, and work with Sellers to deliver the best e-commerce experience for customers on Amazon. You will also own data analysis tasks to support business reporting needs for existing seller management.
We are seeking a full-time intern who can commit to working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in data analysis and have a passion for transforming numbers into actionable insights. A self-starter who is proactive in utilizing self-service learning tools, while also knowing when to seek guidance, would excel in this role. Working collaboratively with the Account Management team, you will help develop scalable solutions that drive key seller success inputs. Being passionate about Ecommerce is a must. Interested in cross border trade empowers you to be part of Earth's most customer-centric company and contributes to TW sellers’ continuous development on Amazon.com.
Key job responsibilities
• Generate reports using SQL and other programming techniques and deliver analytical reports with advanced Excel skills
• Develop a deep understanding of Amazon programs and work with the ESM team to drive feature adoption for the best customer experience
• Collaborate with the AM team to ensure the success of key projects/initiatives
• Study mass communication tools and platforms to optimize seller interaction experience
• Exhibit strong competencies in dive deep, invent and simplify, and learn and be curious
