About This Opportunity In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to get exposure working with InComm's customers, managing their eCommerce accounts. This internship will not only provide you with valuable hands-on experience but also allow you to develop leadership and analytical skills. You'll have the chance to present innovative business ideas and tackle real customer challenges, making a tangible impact on our operations. Responsibilities Sales Tracking: Monitoring sales performance, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and up-to-date. Business Reviews: Participate in preparing and analyzing business reviews. Ticket Management: Entering and tracking tickets, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of issues. Sales Reporting: Run sales reports and share key insights with the team, highlighting important trends. Qualifications Interns are required to work 20 hours per week (flexible M-F schedule) year-round. 3.0 GPA and above. Students entering their junior year through graduate school are eligible. Students local to Atlanta pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field as we are looking for you to solve real world problems. Knowledge of analytic tools such as Power BI or Excel is preffered. Qualities we’re looking for in our Interns: Detail-Oriented: We value interns who pay attention to details, ensuring their work is accurate and meets our high standards. Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools will help you excel in tasks and collaborate effectively with the team. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships with team members and participating in discussions. Driven and Eager to Learn: We seek interns who are motivated, curious, and ready to embrace new challenges as they grow and develop in their roles.
