EAS MANA - Regional Sales Manager – Southwest Region

 

Job Role: Drives EAS antenna sales by supporting the Key Account Management team with sales and business development activities in the assigned territory. Works closely with the Customer Units to ensure correct positioning and value add of EAS products. Translates customer requirements to product specifications for inclusion in the antenna Product Roadmap. Coordinates with KAM and Commercial Management to develop successful pricing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
•    Master’s degree would be a plus
•    Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Sales or Business Development roles
•    Base Station Antenna expertise and its use within Telecom networks
•    North America Tier1, 2 & 3 Telecom Operator knowledge and previous engagement experience 
•    North America Customer and market insight and negotiation skills
•    Proven ability to formulate and execute on short- and mid-term strategies by customer and application
•    Proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance customer relationships at all levels of management and across disciplines
•    Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail
•    Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and customer service skills
•    Great sales strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
•    Able to travel regularly within the assigned territory
