Responsibilities The Account Manager for multiple Albertsons divisional businesses is responsible for delivering sales volume, market share, and profit objectives. As the Account Manager, you will manage the business relationship with the retailers and be the primary contact with internal cross-functional teams including Marketing, Revenue Management, Trade and Category Management. Major Job Activities Achieve assigned Gross Sales and Profit budget for multiple Albertsons divisions. Own the relationship with assigned Albertsons divisions to effectively build and execute business plans that deliver against all financial objectives. Align customer initiatives to corporate strategy enablers to develop Joint Business Plan (JBP) like process with customers. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop customer specific plans that adhere to trade strategy and pricing principles and drive category growth. Develop and implement promotional programs that maximize profitable growth and meets the needs of the customers and Post Consumer Brands. Manage promotional planning and funding in the trade planning system for all activities across the brands while staying within approved trade rate. Develop accurate SKU-level forecasts based on expected demand, consumption, seasonality, promotions and LTO’s. Overall knowledge of category trends by working with internal category manager and reading/analyzing Nielsen reports. Ability to present to and interact with all levels of internal management effectively. Qualifications Education: 4-year college degree required. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in CPG sales and/or cross functional experience. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, demonstrated leadership and effective presentation abilities. Albertsons divisional experience & customer systems experience-highly preferred. Strong proficiency of Word, Power Point, and Excel. Excellent working knowledge in Nielsen, IRI and other customer POS systems. Travel: up to 25%.
