Account Manager (Basque Country)

Account Managers at Cardinal Health are responsible for driving sales and services to new and/or existing customers through face-to-face contact meeting individual and organizational sales objectives. It includes prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and/or geography. Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts.

Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager in the Basque Countries.

Accountabilities:

Achieves sales goals and objectives through the commercial relationship with direct clients and identifies opportunities.

Manages assigned territory responsible.

Manages key accounts with direct clients, hospitals and clinics.

Negotiates and consigns contract.

Follows and executes marketing plans.

S&OP - Demand plan process collaboration / customer feedback.

Manages Supply Constraints – ensuring local allocation.

Shows initiative to expand market (new segments).

Taking ownership of own territory including budget/forecast/ financial processes/P&L.

Travel requirements <50%.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in nursing, medical device sales or a related field.

Commercial or clinical/nursing apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in nursing/science/business administration/ medical.

Knowledge of the area including health care system preferred. Hight penetration in OR, ICU and Purchase department.

Motivation and ability to think strategically and foster a culture for continuous improvement.

Patient and customer centric approach.

Strong team player mindset.

Knowledge in English and Basque.
