As an Account Manager for Digital Ads & Monetization, you will play a critical role in delivering successful campaigns and nurturing a growing customer base. You’ll take ownership of the post-sales client experience, working closely with Sales and Ad Ops to enable a seamless transition from sale to execution. Your focus will be on ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, exceed performance expectations, and ultimately lead to renewal opportunities. Your ability to manage client relationships, optimize campaigns, and deliver insights will directly contribute to our team's success.

The Role

Be the primary contact for clients post-sale, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional experience that exceeds client expectations.

Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure a seamless transition, keeping Account Executives informed on key issues and metrics and involving them in upsell and new business opportunities.

Participate as needed in pre-sales meetings and processes for complex campaigns, offering strategic insights to enhance media planning.

Partner with Ad Ops to oversee campaign launch and delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution that meets or exceeds performance goals.

Analyze campaign data, providing actionable insights that drive performance improvements and align with client objectives.

Create wrap-up reports that highlight noteworthy trends, meaningful results, and key client metrics with recommendations for future campaigns.

Drive client renewals and identify upsell opportunities by demonstrating the value and success of campaigns.

Keep clients informed throughout the campaign with regular updates and performance reports, proactively identifying and promptly addressing any issues.

Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and account history in Salesforce

Actively seek out ways to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

About You 

4+ years of experience in account management or client services in the digital advertising industry

Proven track record of delivering outstanding, white glove client service

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships

Solid understanding of digital media measurement and tracking, with the ability to analyze data and optimize performance

Experience in strategic media planning

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and excel in high-pressure environments

Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively

Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Ad Ops, Marketing, and Product

Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $98,400.00 - 147,300.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
