The Account Manager provides customer service by handling the day-to-day questions and problem solving of clients' insurance need and works with various team members to deliver proper insurance and risk management services for clients.

What You'll Do Client SupportMaintains accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries. Assists in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel. Recognizes and satisfies carrier goals and objectives to enhance business relationships. Assists in completion and processing of applicationsSupport in client retention by maintaining a positive relationship and image with clients and their employees.Account ManagementMaintains all client information in accordance with both company procedures and HIPAA regulations. Follows company procedures in order to achieve positive audit results. Support maintenance of agency management system, communication system, and other tools.Insurance ExpertiseLeverages technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received in a timely fashion; Reviews quotes for gaps and assists with inquiries from the carrier.Updates BenefitPoint in a timely manner including updates to on-going activity.Other duties as assigned.
