As an Energy Account Manager, you will support residential utility programs, working closely with the client and ICF’s implementation team to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers, including under-served and disadvantaged communities in the greater Tulsa and surrounding areas. This position provides variety in responsibilities and activities, no two days will be exactly the same!
An Energy Account Manager will gain exposure to various types of energy efficiency projects and typically provides outreach to customers, trade allies, and other technical services for a utility energy efficiency program and their stakeholders. In this role, you would be responsible for recruiting and training trade allies and retail partners, tracking and reporting on program participation, conducting market research, and presenting benefits of program participation in public speaking settings. This position will provide an opportunity for you to apply your academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, and build relevant market knowledge and consulting skills.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree Business, Communications, Energy, Building Sciences or related disciplines (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education) 2+ years professional experience in energy, sales, construction, residential trades and/or related experienceMust have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and drug screeningMust be physically able to climb ladders, lift 20 pounds, and perform attic and crawl space inspectionsHelpful Experience and Knowledge:
Knowledge of local and state building code requirements Knowledge of energy efficient building design Experience in the building trades, particularly electrical or HVAC, helpful Experience in multi-family buildings and management types Prior energy efficiency technology experience Experience working in or managing a trade ally/service provider network Certified Energy Manager or BPI credentials Bilingual in Spanish and English a plusProfessional skills you will use:

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$53,118.00 - $90,301.00Oklahoma Remote Office (OK99)
