The Role in Brief:
Account Manager, Enroll360
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving productive partner interactions and ensuring the success of Enroll360 partnership initiatives. The Account Manager supports the Strategic Leader (SL), the decision maker for client account teams. The AM’s primary responsibility is to fulfill partner needs and support execution of direct marketing campaigns by collaborating with internal team members and providing exceptional service to external clients. As a contact for assigned accounts, the position communicates with clients on daily campaign execution and ensures internal team members have the tools and information needed to execute campaigns.
This hire will be based in Richmond, VA.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with internal departments to support development and execution of direct marketing campaigns, including creative content, audience selection, data intake and return, and campaign reporting/analysis
+ Support preparations for and actively participate in partner communications, including via email, Zoom meetings, and in-person meetings
+ Guide partners to best practices using extensive knowledge of EAB program and ecosystem marketing
+ Act as a trusted ally to partners, serving as an extension of their Admission Office and primary point of contact for daily needs
+ Understand partner goals and serve as the partner advocate, actively gathering and communicating partner feedback, needs, and campaign results to the account team
+ Own and execute administrative tasks daily in support of client marketing campaigns including coordinating and scheduling meetings
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 2+ years' of relevant professional experience (e.g., supporting client relationships, serving in a customer service capacity, teaching, working in admissions, operating in a nonprofit environment)
+ Proven experience in partner engagement, account management, or customer success roles
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
+ Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
+ Proficient PC skills
+ Willingness to travel 15-20%
Ideal Qualifications:
+ Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field
+ Familiarity with enrollment management and higher education industry (Undergraduate admissions experience preferred)
+ Experience with client relationship management and/or project management and related systems (especially Salesforce and Workfront)
+ Desire for professional growth and upward mobility within a growing company

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) for this role is $55,000 per year.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
