Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary point of contact for the reseller interface to all Ingram Micro resourcesResponsible for selling Ingram Micro’s products or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accountsDevelops strategic relationships with resellers to identify and leverage the resellers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver Ingram Micro’s value proposition sales solution strategyProvides leadership and guidance in account planning and engagementEngages resellers in joint planning that integrates Ingram Micro products & services by securing reseller commitment for the development of a comprehensive investment in strategies that advance Ingram Micro’s market position and financial goalsConducts business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and owns execution of business planMaintains and monitors pipeline for assigned accounts, performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunitiesSupports Ingram Micro vendor's strategies by aligning solutions with our resellers to maximize profitable growth and reseller expansionExperience and Skills:
10 years’ work experience in sales in IT industryExperience in direct sales & consultative sales is a plusExperience in handling large accountsAbility to perform with little supervisionGood problem solving & issue management skillsProven ability to develop business relationships and penetrating and growing business from existing/new accountsMust be highly motivated, have a passion for sales and proven sales success with the ability to drive revenue within accountsExcellent communication and organizational skills requiredEducation:
Bachelor's degree (in a relevant field) or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
