Primary Purpose of this Job
The primary purpose of this job is to manage the on-going working relationship with ATISM customers. Interface with internal and external customers at all levels while managing accounts and requests from inception to completion.
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)
+ Enter, book, audit, acknowledge, amend and log quotes and orders.
+ Manage backlog and report status to customers.
+ Coordinate customer requests internally and externally (ie. recert requests, surveys, etc.).
+ Manage and leverage customer relationships to maintain and grow.
+ Handle account / invoice discrepancies and complaints.
+ Gather and share market information (for and through Product Mgmt, Field Sales, pricing, etc.).
+ Track shipments / provide shipping documents to customers.
+ Manage long and short-term agreements
+ Support customer meetings/reviews
+ Work directly with customers to improve customer scorecards
+ Actively engages in Continuous Improvement projects
