Account Manager, Investor Services

How you'll make an impact Assist with the delivery of a full range of investor services to assigned fund clients • Ensure timely and accurate processing of subscriptions, redemptions and transfers • Review offering documents and service agreements for funds, mutual funds, unit trusts, and partnerships • Manage client compliance with relevant AML/ATF, FATCA and CRS regulations • Process the creation and reporting of side pockets for ILS fund structures • Continually evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational policies, procedures and controls to ensure timelines are met and errors and operational risk are minimized • Work closely with management to develop new tools to service new client requirements • Perform transfer agency functions including but not limited to processing subscriptions, redemptions, share transfers and generating client ad-hoc reporting • Assist with ad-hoc projects, as required About You • A University Degree in Business or a related discipline • Internationally recognized accounting designation advantageous (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) • Recently (within last 2 years) worked a minimum of 4 years for a fund administrator with at least 2 years’ experience managing investor services staff • Proven experience creating side pockets for hedge or ILS fund structures preferred • Advanced knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations, due diligence procedures and ERISA requirements • Proven experience managing, training and developing staff including supervisory experience in a complex operations management department • Strong understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations • Excellent computer and business application skills including strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Word • Experience in a client facing role with excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving ability • Ability to meet tight deadlines and willingness to work extended hours and public holidays as required Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
