**Job Description Summary**
As an Account Manager covering Northern Sweden (Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, and Jämtland/Härjedalen), you will drive sales and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers across hospitals and healthcare providers. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work independently to expand business opportunities, provide expert support on vascular access products and advanced diagnostic solutions, and ensure sustained growth in the region. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory while being part of a collaborative national team focused on proactive customer engagement and field-based sales efforts.

**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term business success.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and healthcare professionals.
+ Provide expert guidance and training on our product portfolio.
+ Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory.
+ Develop and manage contracts to support sustainable growth.
+ Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align business strategy.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and high-quality customer support.
**About you:**
+ Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably within vascular access management.
+ Proven track record of working autonomously and successfully managing a large geographic territory.
+ Strong ability to engage with senior-level healthcare professionals and build long-term relationships.
+ Outcome-focused, with excellent planning, influencing, and communication skills.
+ Adaptable and resourceful, capable of seeing opportunities and overcoming challenges.
+ Fluent in both English and Swedish.
