We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain strong partner relationships aligned to company strategy and to implement all plans identifying sales opportunities along the way. **Core Responsibilities**
+ Build strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and being their main point of contact.
+ Identify and pursue latest sales opportunities in existing accounts, converting leads into business.
+ Develop and implement sales plans, collaborating for consistent messaging and achieving revenue goals.
+ Create impactful sales presentations, positioning products and services based on market insights and close deals by overcoming objections, and tailoring solutions.
+ Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
+ Generate sales reports, analyse performance data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
+ Prioritize tasks to manage multiple accounts, striving to hit deadlines set and exceed sales targets.

**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Customer facing, key account management exposure with direct commercial experience and a sound knowledge of the in-country retail landscape is essential
+ Strong commercial understanding; being comfortable analysing market and customer information presenting actionable insights to deliver credible business opportunities.
+ A natural collaborator, with the ability to convince others commercially.
+ A proven energy to collaboratively drive success with both internal and external partners.
+ Fluency in Turkish (native speaker), additionally proficiency in English both written and spoken is essential for this role
+ Regular travel in-country expected in this role.
