1. Sales target achievement with direct customer responsibility for specified customers(eg: STP, IO, AR,Inventory, PCR, new project and Market share);
2. Customer strategy effective implementation;
3. Market and competitors information collection and analysis for specified customers;
4. Customer relationship management and maintainence;
5. Commercial responsibility in terms of quotation, contract and price negotiation with customers;
6. OneCRM, validation and update;
7. Explore and acquire new project(business), follow up the new project implementation
1. Bachelor's degree or above, not limited to fresh graduates, but only for majors in science and engineering, with priority given to majors in hydraulic engineering.
2. Work experience in hydraulic or electrical sales of construction machinery, hydraulic or electrical technology or maintenance of construction machinery is preferred.
3. Proficient in English reading and writing, proficient in using office tools
4. Skilled in communication and courageous in breaking through business boundaries, able to withstand high-intensity work pressure and setbacks, familiar with SPIN/Value Selling is preferred.
5. Accept business trips.
