What the day will look like
• Client, Growth & Strategy - Develop the Trade Credit renewal strategies and execution plans in coordination with country, regional and global colleagues. - Proactively cultivate strategic external partnerships and relationships to meet client demands. - Facilitate communication with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs with a focus on trade credit insurance.
• Colleagues: - As a part of Credit Solutions Korea, you are required to learn Aon’s best practices from colleagues around the world and external training to upskill technical capabilities. - Follow the Aon Client Leadership Model and collaborate with country, regional and global colleagues.
• Carriers / Broking: - Engage with local and regional Trade Credit markets [in collaboration with Aon colleagues] to secure optimal client outcomes across the full solution life cycle [origination, placement, servicing, and claims]. - Provide insurer escalation support for Aon colleagues and clients.
• Aon - Use the Aon platforms [including pipeline management, broking, and talent systems]. - Ensure compliance with Aon processes and code of business conduct. - Learn and understand the Aon story to articulate how we help clients make better decisions, across credit and the wider risk capital and human capital solution lines.
How this opportunity is different
As an Account Manager at Credit Solutions Korea, your goal is to retain local and multinational Trade Credit Insurance policies, operating in alignment with Country, Regional and Global colleagues. You will be part of the Credit Solutions global specialty, which includes Trade Credit, Structured Credit, Political Risk and Surety solution lines.
Your primary goal is to support and collaborate to retain Trade Credit Insurance Policies across Korea, in alignment with Country, Regional and Global colleagues.
Skills and experience that will lead to success

Be a listener mindset. • Industry IQ: Relevant competence in (i) Client Communication, (ii) Trade Credit, (iii) Corporate Credit and financials, (iiii) Industry knowledge and connectivity. • Relationship & Communication: Ability to build and leverage deep client, insurer, and Aon relationships to understand goals and create best results. • Language(s): English proficiency (verbal & written). • Technology: Literacy in Microsoft Softwares (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
