Expected salary range of $62,100 to $69,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes commissions, bonus, and 401(k). **LOCATION** This is a hybrid role based out of our Philadelphia, PA office. As a hybrid role, an in-office presence will be required, anticipated 1-2 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home the remainder of the workweek. Our ideal candidate will live within 1-hour of the Philadelphia, PA office. For candidates who live up to 1-hour+ away, required in-office days may be reduced to 1 day per month. Additionally. up to 20% travel is also required, to attend national conferences and in-house meetings at our other Constellation office locations. **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** This role supports our Navigator team and is the conduit between Constellation's utility rebate clients, our ops team, and other Constellation stakeholders. Responsible for timely and successful implementation of our solutions according to individual client needs and ongoing engagement to ensure that our clients are getting the most out of our services. Key to the success of the candidate will be their ability to develop strong relationships with clients, connect with key business executives and stakeholders while focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maximizing the results for both the client and Constellation. It will be your responsibility to manage the critical information surrounding your customers' energy efficiency projects and obtain the required documents from them and their vendors to meet the timing requirements for receiving incentives. You will also be responsible for keeping all relevant records up-to-date in project databases. Our ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing key accounts within the energy, energy efficiency, or utility rebates/utility incentives industry. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + You're the face of Navigator to our key clients and channel partners, responsible for managing and developing productive relationships with the right people at these organizations. Prioritize the customer experience, increasing trust and satisfaction through every interaction with your clients. Adjust and improve internal processes as needed to optimize the efficacy of each client relationship + Obtain client project information and documentation in support of our efforts on their behalf. Strategize with clients and their vendors to proactively ensure documentation and information are provided at key milestones and in a timely fashion. Manage your clients' project records in our database, keeping key information up to date and actionable. + Strategize with and advise clients on best practices to increase their project ROIs through utilizing incentives. Answer client questions in an insightful and informative way, to help them understand convoluted incentive program requirements and make actionable decisions. Predict potential hurdles and work with clients and Navigator team to proactively mitigate their impact on project success. + Identify and pursue new client accounts via your existing network, existing client referrals, and other channels, both established and yet-to-be defined. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience working in account management, energy management, program management, or project management, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. + Minimum 2 years' experience in the energy industry or sustainability industry. + Substantial working expertise in two or more of the following areas: + Energy efficiency program management + Energy services + Engineering project management + Technical sales + Customer support + Sustainability consulting + Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or in a position where you have managed a portfolio of client accounts. + Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs. + Strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders + Solid understanding of building technologies and energy efficiency. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. + Proficiency with CRM software, such as HubSpot, and MS Office applications + Intermediate Excel proficiency, including writing and using formulas and creating pivot tables. + Proven ability to manage your own workload and schedule yet work collaboratively with a small team. + Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements. + Self-motivated, willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities and make decisions in a manner consistent with Constellation values. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Degree in a field relevant to Energy and Sustainability (e.g., Environmental Engineering/Science, International Development, Sustainability, Energy Policy, Mechanical Engineering, Climate Science, or equivalent). + Success in selling complex solutions in fast changing market environment with long sales cycles. + Understanding of and experience with leading and/or participating in evaluations utilizing ESG principles. + Strong understanding of the energy regulatory landscape. + Experience in renewable energy, EV networks, grid modernization and or energy efficiency frameworks, standards and best practices in a corporate environment.
