As an Account Manager at Samsung Semiconductor Europe, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing and growing our partnerships with multinational customers across Europe. Cultivate and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new partnershipsBe the face of our company with frequent visits to customer and partner sites, primarily in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and PolandCollaborate closely with Account Managers to identify focus areas and craft strategies tailored to our customers’ needsTake ownership of account strategies and contribute to their successful executionIdentify new opportunities by staying attuned to customer needs and market trends in the defined regionWork hand-in-hand with our Sales, Sales Operations, HQ, and global account teams to align efforts and drive successParticipate in customer meetings independently or alongside Account Managers to ensure seamless communication and supportShare weekly reports to highlight progress, trends, and strategic directionsAct as a bridge between Device Solutions Europe and customer sites
Education and Experience
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or relevant fieldsKnowledge of semiconductor technologies, operations, and cost modelsGood knowledge of application markets and customers, particularly in the Server and PC sectorsRequired Skills/Abilities
A consultative sales mindset, always thinking ahead and anticipating customer needsA strong orientation towards customer success, with a focus on building long-term partnershipsExcellent communication and negotiation skills with customers as well as internal stakeholdersA self-starter mentality, comfortable working independentlyA proactive, flexible, and creative personality who thrives in multicultural environmentsFluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus for effective local communicationStrong presentation and reporting skills to convey information effectively and inspire actionWhat we offer
