We are focused on growth and looking to hire an Account Manager overseeing our publisher relationships. From your first day, you will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the team. We are seeking a high-performing individual with a passionate drive for the programmatic space to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on the sell-side or managing sell-side accounts. We are looking for an individual motivated to provide superior custom service to our publisher clients to strengthen our relationships and grow revenue across these key accounts.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for management of established publisher accounts inclusive of proactively driving usage, monitoring monthly usage, overseeing contract renewals and leading monthly partnership meetings.
Support sell-side clients with targeting recommendations for their inventory packaging acting as the Proximic subject matter expert
Be the quarterback for onboarding new publisher accounts, overseeing the technical integration, go-to-market strategy and launch
Understand customer needs and requirements, staying current on all programmatic industry trends
Manage the maintenance of publisher accounts by ensuring data is surfaced correctly for existing integrations and seamlessly launch new segments
What You'll Need:
4-6 years of experience working in the programmatic or ad tech space (sell-side experience is a plus!)
Robust working knowledge of the advertising technology landscape and ecosystem (DSP's, SSP's, Publishers, 3rd Party Data and ad servers)
Ability to quickly grasp and adapt in a fast-paced technology, data-driven environment
Initiative to grow and retain business through superior custom service and account management
Highly skilled in building trust with accounts by understanding client goals and recommending best practices
Strong work ethic with a roll up your sleeves mindset and impeccable attention to detail
Must be able to manage to deadlines and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks
Compensation: $115,000- $125,000; Commensurate with experience.
